    If I remember right, it was a year or two ago, the NC Sheriffs' Association made a stink about wanting access to ALL records of prescription drug use. Just found this...it was 2010: http://sweetteaandlivermush.blogspot.com/2010/09/nc-sheriffs-association-wants-your.html

    I'll bet he's pitching the same scam.

      I shall find out. Hopefully not, as I know a classmate of his who said he would shut down the county in the event of a SHTF event. He is conservative, that's for sure.
