America too far gone to save?

Via avordvet

The upside down flag is a distress signal indicating that citizens see great danger on the horizon.
"Many if not most citizens have no intention of allowing themselves to become slaves to a government that has become drunk on its own power. Thus, the only alternative is war. As wars go, this would be a righteous one."

"The country is too far gone to save," he stated with melancholic certainty. "Too many citizens are just like those in Europe who believe that the welfare state that provides cradle to the grave social giveaway programs is to be preserved and expanded at all costs, even if it pushes the nation over the financial cliff into bankruptcy."

The one who provided this sobering analysis is a long time patriot, a defender of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and a fierce opponent of the ever expanding scope and power of an authoritative, centralized government complex. But he shared something that he will tell no one else, something that eats away at his very soul day in and day out. "In spite of the fact that I will continue to fight," he said, "I have grown weary, tired beyond imagination, and disillusioned with not only the politicians who get sent back to Washington over and over but with my fellow citizens who don't have a clue about the nature of the battle we're in."

  1. Never too late to save - the only question is how hard it will be.

  2. Just jacked up my mother in laws ranch style house. Tore out old foundation, built new foundation. Finished back filling today. To save America we need to tear out the broken and rotten pieces and replace with good ones. Some of the bad parts fell out with little effort. Some had to be removed by force and destroyed. We need to do the same to fix America.

    1. I have often thought of a similar analogy: a foundation eaten away by termites. You don't negociate with termites eating your house, you don't ask them to slow down their appetite, or to chew on another part of the foundation. You exterminate them. Then you can begin repairs.

      Perfect.

  3. It's not hard at all. Only half the population currently bothers to vote. If only 10% of those could be convinced to get back into the process it would result in landslide elections to turn the bums out of office at every level.

And even if you can't convince them to join your side, get them to vote out the incumbent. That alone is always a good idea.

    1. Quite the opposite for me. I use to vote religiously until the last election. The demographic has changed and our votes mean nothing. Thats why the government allows all these illegals in. This government hates its own people, so its replacing them. My opinion its too late. Just waiting till the shooting starts.

  6. No one here to vote FOR , The "republican" is a pro welfare , pro "Mexican" PRO- Radical gun confiscation , Pro police state RINO named Mitch. He holds EXACTLY the same position on EVERY issue as his Democratic opponent (named Allison). It makes no nevermind who I "vote" for in any way. As I see it; "We the People" have tried the soap box, the ballot box, and the jury box, and all of them have failed---That only leaves one. I became a "teen" when Nixon was in office and after 40+ years of crooked government have come to believe that we only have one vote left that will actually be counted; and its WHY the "Fed's" are giving tanks and M-16's to the cops. The Federals may no longer care about or respect the paper ballot , but they deeply fear the day the lead voting starts. ---Ray

  8. I vote every election. I always vote against the incumbent. Party makes no difference. If an R or D behind the name made any difference America would not be in such a mess.

  9. Yes, vote. But prepare for the day when it might be up to you to fire the first shot of a new war. Make your peace now.
