Count for Yourself How Many Seconds It Takes SWAT Team to Shatter House’s Window, Glass Door After Knocking and Announcing Search Warrant

A recently released video appears to show a SWAT team breaking a window and glass storm door immediately after one team member pounds on the door and yells that police have a search warrant.

  1. Lack of training and no oversight. SWAT has no business serving warrants. That's the Sheriff or Chiefs job. They should knock on peoples door and speak to them like human beings first. And if the people are really bad types, then you send the SWAT team. Especially minor offenses like unpaid tickets or such. No reason to ever send a team there if the people are not an overt threat.

  2. This, if it continues, is going to cost citizen lives, as well as an ever increasing number of SWAT intruders. People are waking up and coming to grips with their options.
