An S.C. trooper who stopped a man for a seat belt violation outside Columbia and then shot him – apparently without provocation – was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
More @ The State
Another innocent gunned down by a childish bully with a weapon and a lust to hunt humans. To bad that even if convicted by an all white jury , in a court room packed with cops, the judge will do almost nothing. Bet he gets probation at worst.---Ray
ReplyDeleteThey are both lucky he was a bad shot.
DeleteThat's crazy. I mean even if the guy has his license in his back pocket the cop would have shot.
ReplyDeleteItchy finger.
DeleteIf the police continue to act like the occupying army of a conquered nation, it won’t be too long before the people play their part as the resistance.
ReplyDeleteThis works for all the videos to include the rape and Wallyworld ones.

Somewhere behind enemy lines,
Peoples Republik of Kommiefornia
Yup.
DeleteAssault and battery? We all know, that if he had not a shiny badge, it would be attempted murder, because that is exactly what it is. And did anyone notice the first few seconds in the video before the shooting? Says he was "pulled over" for a seat-belt violation. Watch the vid again and figure that one out.

DeleteJust needed more range time to get murder 1....
Seems to me that Officer Safety fired one more shot AFTER the guy had his hands up in the air. And how did Officer Safety determine that the driver was not wearing his seat belt properly? Seems to me, it was an excuse to harrass and ticket the driver. Zero justification for shooting the driver, as I see it he nothing wrong.

DeleteAgreed.
Yes, and all the Liberals support Obama/Holder and the NSA military vehicles being placed in the local police force.
ReplyDeleteUseful idiots.
ReplyDeleteWe need more Eric Freins runnin around.
ReplyDeleteA little quick on the trigger, I'd say...
ReplyDeletePathetic.
WTF....why the hell isn't this attempted murder? If any of the NON special peope did that we'd be looking at attempted murder and the possibility of life in prison.

DeletePrecisely.
The body language of the victim when he hurriedly reentered his car would have
ReplyDeletebeen a red flag for me. He could have been grabbing a gun.
Absolutely, but simply commanding the man to freeze at the time, which wasn't done, could possibly been some justification for the shooting, but it wasn't.
DeleteI figure the cop thought the driver had his license on his person and was not
ReplyDeleteprepared for him darting into his car.
I was on my way to work at the hosp. one nite, about 10:30 pm when I was pulled over
ReplyDeletefor speeding, I love to speed. I pop out of my car just like the old days and the cop
had his car door opened and ducked behind his door with his gun drawn. I was
surprised but can see there are threats everywhere, now a days. This was probably
in 2002, Asheville.
I pop out of my car just like the old days
DeleteYes, I did that also, but no more. Too bad.
I have noticed that each time I tell them I have a CCW, there is no big deal.
