If he is indicted he should escape to the nearest White rural area and plead for protection because all this is is a racial lynching. Once it got out I bet Men would come from far and wide to help protect him much like they did with the Bundy ranch thing.

This may be a spoof or a false website. Also a LOT of stations will prepare for an imminent announcement of this type by writing a story to address either contingency and then releasing the one that matches the actual news. That way when word comes out they can be "on the air" in seconds with the story rather than wait for someone to write it up. Some fool may have inadvertently posted one of these too their website rather than archiving it for a future possibility.
