"Silly veteran, you thought the VA was for you. Somewhere near Washington DC, wearing a coat made of finest Dalmatian fur, Iris Cooper laughs at your peasant naïveté"

A VA procurement official, Iris Cooper, assisted by another, Wendy McCutcheon, engaged in a pattern of corruption, leeching over $15 million intended to benefit veterans off to a friend’s company through deceptive sole-source contracts. A previous investigation found that the entire project was useless; it had no reason for being, except as a vector for dollars to the connected.

Then, Cooper and McCutcheon lied about their scheme to special agents for the Office of Inspector General.

These findings are recounted at length in an IG report released 8 Dec 14, which is summarized here as follows:

  2. No idea, but I am definitely going to try to find out. Another imbedded stealth traitor - only explanation as to why such people survive multiple Administrations regardless of politics.

  3. Janis Karpinski. My question is, is she the kid of somebody 'important with power'.
These types can get away with anything and walk off free as a bird. McCain comes
    to mind as an example.

  4. Since 9,000 documents on torture have not been released, here is a reported
torture method which is unspeakable. How far is too far for God's sake.
“Afghan prisoners were tied face down on small chairs,” Jack said. Then fighting dogs entered the torture chamber. “If the prisoners did not say anything useful, each dog got to take a turn on them,” Jack told Todenhoefer. “After procedure like these, they confessed everything. They would have even said that they killed Kennedy without even knowing who he was.” The location was Bagram. The prisoner's were rapped
by the dogs. Posted on Darkmoon.me.
