The death toll from the “Twin Peaks” shootout was greater than the total number of homicides Waco police investigated in all of 2014 – And all of the “Twin Peaks” dead were shot by police.

Previously Waco Police Spokesman W. Patrick Swanton stated 22 members of law enforcement were present prior to the outbreak of the shooting.  Including 10 members of the Waco SWAT unit, 2 sergeants, 1 rookie, the Asst. Police Chief and 4 state troopers.

Newly released information today includes the Waco Police stating 14 Waco PD officers were involved in firing shots which killed 9 bike club members and wounded 18 more.
The 14 officers involved in the gun battle are all now on administrative leave, which is standard protocol in officer-involved shootings, Swanton said. (link)
In addition Sgt Swanton previously stated that all of the 170 arrested bikers were known “criminal gang members”.  However, a review by the Associated Press of court records finds at least 115 of the 170 had no police records:

  1. I wonder what happens next? Those men are not innocent women and children. Where is Janet?

    1. The state is going to have a most difficult time trying to get most of this to stick. Then the lawsuits will commence (being worked on now, that's for sure) and the killers will be lucky if there is only a monetary settlement.

  2. According to AP and other reports the majority of those arrested have ZERO criminal records. Making these charges stick is going to be a might tough battle for the .gov.

And every day brings more evidence that contradicts the official story. The video the AP is reporting on contradicts a LOT of what the official story is pushing.

We will likely never see the forensic/ballistic reports. Those will be sealed so fast it
will make you dizzy. I do however see an uptick in the war on LEO coming.

When you shoot up ghetto's and kill 'didndu nuffins' you get looting and rioting.
When you target bikers, many of which have .mil experience and decided lack
of love for LEO and government what you will get is a lesson on guerilla warfare.
All it takes is 1% of the bikers to decide 'it's on' and they can create havoc for LEO.

Correct, Two Thirds Had No Prior Criminal History and the court's findings should be a joke.

A contact in Texas says this weekend may be news worthy concerning the Hell's Angel's and the Banditos.

  4. Great. And someone mentioned that the IQ for the .gov couldn't be 80? Well, Waco's Law enforcement would have to double its IQ to reach that level. I'm wondering how that Rookie is feeling about now?

      I stand corrected. :)

  5. No fed involvement? Sure. The cops have a greasy mess on their hands, but my guess is they had some presure being applied on them from above. Once again they got stuck holding the bag of poop. Ties in easily to the effort toward federal control of LE. Set them up, knock them down. Now I'll sit and wait for the copsucker comments......

Oh no, they are very careful not to set up "crimes" as my friend Moose will tell you after his two years in prison for instructing a Useful Fool in how to make a bomb to blow up an abortion center. Moose was egged on many times though you can find everything you want concerning explosives on-line. In military school we were taught that it was illegal to entrap , but I guess that has conveniently been swept under the table.

  6. Hmmmm. The police "shoot THOUSANDS OF ROUNDS" & yet only hit 27 people. I would not be bragging about that kind accuracy, rather "wild west shoot-out" police style!! damn police do have an itchy trigger finger.

Pathetic. It's amazing they didn't try and cover this up.
