Stop Obama's Planned Gag Order on Firearm-Related Speech

Via Joe

Excerpt

With the new proposal published on June 3, the State Department claims to be "clarifying" the rules concerning "technical data" posted online or otherwise "released" into the "public domain." To the contrary, however, the proposal would institute a massive new prior restraint on free speech. This is because all such releases would require the "authorization" of the government before they occurred. The cumbersome and time-consuming process of obtaining such authorizations, moreover, would make online communication about certain technical aspects of firearms and ammunition essentially impossible.

  2. If this doesn't constitute grounds. I can't imagine what will. I DO NOT need anyone's "authorization" to exercise my absolute holy and GOD ordained rights. ---Ray

    1. I just read that this is even worse than it sounds as it seems the president considers this the "start" of enforcement for the UN arms control treaty.(mandatory national confiscation or as Diane Finestine said "Mr&Mrs. Amerika Turn um in") Coming on the heels of the white house efforts to federalize LEO's, abolish the southern border ,"embed" Russian reporters in all media outlets and the ever escalating anti-liberty propaganda from DC (not to mention what is now an openly "one party" system) I think we can kiss even a pretend national vote good by after congress rubber stamps TPP (Obamatrade) . I think this is the end of the "phony war" that has been waged since 2008 and the start of the "next phase" the commies have been drooling for. I hope this is the "tripwire" event to get the patriots off the porch , because if not we can kiss our safe and peaceful lives goodby and say hello to the "reeducation" camps. ---Ray

Screw him and the horse he rode in on. Obviously the treaty isn't legal

  4. The first arrest over this "Proposal" will constitute a line in the sand that WILL NOT BE IGNORED BY those knowledgeable about the Constitution. Don't go there!

Did I just violate it? I don't have a copy to educate me.

      Brock,
Apologies for the language, but FUCK THAT SHIT. Mass civil disobedience required. Every III-per. Every day. Until this SHIT ends.
Defy, resist, download, email and post EVERY technical detail you can find on BATFE- or UN- restricted weapons. I don't give a flying RATFUCK about content - full auto-sears, suppressors, depleted uranium SPEARS for god's sake. The porch gets smaller and smaller. Soon there will be no place LEFT to go except to the GREEN. Call 'em out.

  5. I believe it would be a good time for EVERYONE who has technical articles, diagrams, tech sheets or anything even remotely related to what these assclowns want to prohibit, to FLOOD the internet on a given day, all at once!

Call it a Link-O-Rama or something catchy and see how they like that.

Go ahead and try to prosecute a few hundred thousand people for breaking your widdle wules,

They are going to mess around and push the wrong button one of these days and you just know that is what this is all about.
Moving the goal posts yet again and seeing what the reaction is so they can feed it into their computer simulations.
Because we ALL know this is a bullshit law that doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell of surviving any kind of legal challenge.

'Scuse my language Brock, sometimes I get a bit wound up.
