Hundreds of residents packed a town hall meeting in Idaho yesterday asking tough questions of their county’s sheriff after two deputies fatally shot a local rancher.
Over 200 residents from the town of Council voiced concerns over the death of Jack Yantis, the rancher killed by deputies last week, with some leaving the assembly angry over the answers Adams County Sheriff Ryan Zollman gave.

  2. The sheriff "did not know if body cams were recording the incident.” Wake up, Sheriff. There's been a murder and your boys did it.

  3. If this doesn't get dealt with swiftly and correctly, and I was one of those two deputies, I........think I would have some serious second thoughts about taking any calls out on some lonely stretch of road, especially late at night.

  4. As someone who lives in that area told me, the only way you can get 200 people in one place is for a church service or a rodeo.

For that many to show up for a town hall meeting - it means folks are pissed off. The only surprise is they didn't emerge from that meeting carrying ropes, tar, and feathers.
