Massive Battle Flag Raised in Danville After Judge's Decision in Monument Desecration Lawsuit

The Virginia Flaggers are thrilled to announce the completion of our latest Interstate Memorial Battle Flag project. Earlier today, a 20' x 30' battle flag was raised on a 90' pole on the Danville Expressway.

  1. "These Memorial Flag sites, and the others in development across Danville, are just one phase of a battle plan that is being developed and implemented to assure that the Confederate Veterans who fought to defend Danville and the Commonwealth, and our proud history and heritage will not be desecrated by the cowardly acts of politicians and scalawags who pander to the PC demands of the ignorant and hateful few"

    Love it.

"I say we cannot know your suffering, but this we do know; We love and honour you, veterans, and are justly proud of the heritage you have given us. Just so long as warm blood flows in the veins of man, so long will the words 'Confederate Veteran' cause that blood to tingle with glorious pride, and, if there be one among us, born in our glorious Southland who is not so thrilled, every drop of stagnant blood proclaims him bastard to the South-a coward to all the world."

  2. What a glorious site. The Confederate flag should be erected from sea to shinning
    sea.

  3. I just drove back to Michigan from Florida this past week and saw a huge Confederate Battle flag all by itself along I-75 somewhere between Valdosta and Perry. Does anyone in Georgia know exactly where it is? I haven't made that trip in 10 years, and I don't remember ever seeing it before. Could this be part of the Interstate flag project?

    1. Certainly could, but might be by the Georgia flaggers or the Virginia flaggers, I'll ask Susan and thanks.
