“LaVoy Finicum was murdered. Cold-blooded murder. They shot him with his hands up.”

  1. We are fixin' to witness another Waco and Ruby Ridge in Oregon. Police have murdered one of the protesters on his way to a speaking engagement and arrested some of the Bundys who were with him. Claiming that the man was resisting arrest and threatening an officer of the law, the police shot him 3 times. We will never hear the truth of what happened, for the whore press will spin it so that the rank and file will believe that the man who was shot was a radical right wing nut case that was threatening the police.

This is their (the fedrul gestapo's) first attempt in the Oregon stand off case to cow all the rest of the folks down and let them know that if they demand justice and the rule of law and a return to what the Constitution says they can look forward to being murdered by the powers that be.

  2. Ok so if we are white and take over federal or state property then the cops call in the feds and people get killed, but if we are black and take over a city, destroy the city, burn the city steal from residents of the city the feds and cops stand down and dont do nothing to the people that took over the city?? Wow talk about racism and reverse discrimination on white male men. Where is our buddy
Al Sharpton ? He should be all over this. If it was not white people he would be just as the piss poor excuse of president would be speaking out against the cops

    1. I live one county over from this moron of a sheriff. Luckily, we have a Constitutional sheriff, but who knows when the chips are down what he will do or whom he will obey....his constituents or the gov't. Time will tell.

    3. That was the Sheriff who offered them all safe passage and escort out of the refuge a week ago.
They had made their point and brought attention to the issue, why continue a no win situation ?

    4. Because they wanted to and Bundy won, so there was reason to think that they could.

  4. Message sent and received Lima Charlie: We are the Feds, we are your masters. Disobey us and we will kill you and all those who resist us. Just like Ruby Ridge, the murder will never be made to answer for his crime. Also since the LaVoy was a white guy, his life does not matter. I take it as a given that the police are going to lie about what really happened. The MSM, will knowingly spread the lie. The reality is that we do live in a police state. The "law" is what every they say it is, and it can be changed at any time.

    1. If the police had wanted them all dead, they would ALL be dead now. Why don't you guys wait and see what evidence of Lavoy's shooting will surface before you rush to judgement ?

  5. Maybe it is time whites pull a Ferguson and riot, we need #whitelivesmatter and #copskillwhites plus perhaps #handsupdontshootwhites. Who am I kidding no one in government or media care if cops kill whites. In fact I'd say they approve.

  6. Time to renew that policy from 100 Heads L&C. LaVoy Finicum should be covered at least.

    1. Good point. I couldn't believe it was him and so what if he rushed towards them as since he was unarmed they should have used a taser. They probably set out to kill anyone possible just like WACO II.

  7. Redress of grievances?

I recall some other folks who tried to have their government redress their grievances. Something similar happened to them at Lexington and Concord. Only difference is, they chased the feds back to their barracks.

  8. I think the FBI/Feds/Whoever wanted to provoke Bundy, et.al., to shoot back at them, and then they would all be dead, not just Finicun. The bait was not taken, and they fled just to save themselves. Finicun was enraged when he could see what was happening, and likely he was cursing these bastards out, all the while with his hands in the air, unarmed. This was a set up for way more casualties. That's what I think, but will have to wait to know more. That Sheriff was a former BLM lackey himself. He is a disgrace. Right, go through the proper channels... Use our Federal Govt. as a role model for that... Right...

  10. My condolences to the family of LaVoy Finicum. Unfortunately, I am neither shocked or surprised at the actions of Federal Law Enforcement. They haven't changed a bit since Waco 1 except now the local law wants to join in on the fun. If you buck the system be prepared for you and your family to be attacked with deadly force.

  11. I think Lavoy was a honest and sincere man who did not deserve to die for his beliefs. We only have one "eyewitness" so far who admits she was asleep until the encounter and then laying on the floorboard during the shooting. I will wait until all the evidence is in to make an opinion. From his earlier statements of " I am not going to jail" I lean toward he was not surrendering when he got out of the truck. If anyone wants to help this man's family, you could buy his book. http://www.amazon.com/Only-Blood-Suffering-Regaining-Freedom-ebook/dp/B014901Q8Q/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453946553&sr=8-1&keywords=Lavoy+finicum

Like WACO II? I have given cops the benefit of the doubt many, many times, but I'm not anymore unless proven.

      =================

I thought he was in his sixties, but was only 55, however even if he was charging the squad? of cops, he wasn't armed and they obvious could have used tasers, but chose to kill him instead.

  12. This is how much the overton window has shifted. We are discussing whether the police state is justified in shooting to death an unarmed man whose crime was standing up to tyranny.

It is sad that we live in a land where the murder of a fellow patriot gets swept under the rug by a more aggressive and growing menace in Federal government. This is what the founders warned us about and what Southern ancestors bled the fields red at places like the Bloody Angle and the Mule Shoe. Why can’t the States grow up in the West and tell their Federal Massa that their ownership of 90% of that land is unconstitutional and should be returned. In a way it is a rhetorical question, because they are run by cowards and scalawags and are afraid they couldn’t afford the upkeep.

  14. Regardless of any excuse or rational for doing so, if your average citizen had shot and killed an UNARMED man, he would be facing murder charges. Again the double standard on the use of deadly force; LEOs do have a license to kill. I take it as a given that they will lie, suppress the evidence or destroy it, all with the full cooperation of the media.

The First Amendment to the Constitution is dead. You do NOT have the right to peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
