Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley is calling on the Justice Department and FBI to investigate Michael Avenatti and his client, Julie Swetnick, over their allegations regarding Brett Kavana.
Swetnick accused Kavanaugh of drugging girls in high school at parties where gang rapes occurred.
She has failed to provide any evidence to back up her claim.
Grassley is referring Swetnick and Avenatti for investigation into a “potential conspiracy” to provide false statements to Congress.
