Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa said he had reservations about Chief Justice John Roberts’ response to President Donald Trump’s controversial characterization of a federal judge and the 9th District court, and suggested it was a hypocritical move based on Roberts’ previous interactions with Trump’s predecessor.
“Chief Justice Roberts rebuked Trump for a comment he made [about a] judge’s decision on asylum,” Grassley said in a tweet on Wednesday. “I don’t recall the Chief attacking Obama when that Prez rebuked Alito during a State of the Union.”

According to condescending racism, Roberts could not be openly critical of Obama. Nor could he render a Constitutional decision against "Obamacare" which illegally mandated that American citizens purchase a good or service. If I remember correctly, Justice Roberts went for a ride on Air Force I before that decision. Perhaps he was given a reason that superceded his oath to the Constitution? --Ron W

DeleteChief Justice Roberts was nominated by Bush. Roberts is not and never was a conservative. He is a globalist or Bush would have never nominated him. Although, while a globalist, he does lean conservative, and is not a flaming liberal. There are four liberals, four conservatives, and globalist Chief Justice. Not exactly the dream conservative court. Just expect the Chief Justice to side with the globalist point of view. Especially when it comes to nationalism.
