Franklin Graham Says He Was Banned from Facebook over 2-Year-Old Post

The Rev. Franklin Graham speaks May 29 at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds in Turlock, California.

I must admit I sneered at all of the “First they came for Alex Jones …” posts right after he was banned from every social media platform save Geocities.

True, I found it anomalous that every major tech company found him in violation of its terms of service with felicitous simultaneity for doing the same things that he’d been doing for nigh on a decade and a half, but even most conservatives would agree Jones was sui generis as a fringe voice. I disagreed with the decision but couldn’t summon any outrage; Jones was a singular figure and surely the banning was a singular occurrence — even as it was obvious to anyone paying attention that social media was cracking down on conservative voices in more covert ways.

  2. I've listened to Alex Jones for maybe 20 years on WWCR short wave radio out of Nashville, Tennessee. I started listening to short wave after the OKC bombing after which Bill Clinton blamed patriot radio broadcasters and admonished not to listen to them. So I started to listen to them. Alex Jones and others, from my perspective, exposed the "omission of lies" of the MSM. For years he was mostly ignored and he did not support major party globalist, presidential candidates. His big sin for which he was banned was that he supported pro American candidate Trump and even interviewed him. This gave him too much noteriety for the major media, so he was banned by Facebook and Twitter at the behest of some fascist politicians and news organizations like CNN. Otherwise, the only reason to ban him was TMI, you know, talking about topics and pertinent facts that had long been covered up by both left and right media. The following quote explains the fear which banned Jones and others:

"We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies and competitive values. For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market of ideas is a nation that is afraid of its people." ----John F. Kennedy

Such thinking was probably one of the several reasons for his assassination by the "deep state" IMO. --Ron W

    2. Yep, many judge information and opinion by who presents it and how they say it.

And.... "truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. It wasn’t the world being round that agitated people, but that the world wasn’t flat. When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous, and its speaker a raving lunatic." – Dresden James

    4. In such matters, I totally disrespect those who talk about someone, but will not talk to or interview them. Such persons are fearful, weak and pathetic IMO. Same with media interviewers who cannot answer questions themselves and engage in dialogue. --Ron W

  3. Well Ron you should know more than anyone, Jones would deplatform callers in a heartbeat. Followed by "Of course airliners hit the WTC" (click)~AJ. Jones points a finger at 'co-intel', b/c he IS co-oped intel, himself.
