Mueller's Perjury Traps

Dropping Paul Manafort as a cooperating witness ruins his credibility as far as anything he told Mueller and any testimony he may be forced to give with respect to that.  The lies Mueller is alleging are almost certainly an exercise of Mueller’s specialty, the “perjury trap” he is trying to set for President Trump.  It must be assumed the Special Counsel has proof of Manafort’s lies.

Manafort’s defense team has been working with the president’s lawyers since the inception of his plea agreement.  The president’s attorney, Rudolph Giuliani, has admitted as much.  Mueller is trying to prove collusion between Trump and Manafort with respect to the written answers the president submitted last week in response to Mueller’s questions.  If any of Trump’s answers to Mueller’s questions include even one of the same lies as Manafort, it would not only be perjury but the "high crime" the incoming Democratic House majority will use to initiate Articles of Impeachment.

It doesn’t even have to be a big lie -- saying he didn’t know of the Trump Tower meeting between Trump Jr. and Natalia Veselnitskya (who coincidentally, had ties to Fusion GPS, having dined with Glenn Simpson both before and after the meeting), when Mueller has evidence he did, would be enough for Mueller to ruin Trump’s presidency.

  1. Try as I might, I support law enforcement and the officers. But much like the statement, “Individuals are smart, but people are dumb.” Much the same applies to most law enforcement, “individual officers are honest, but police departments are corrupt.” As good and honest as an individual officer is, the department he works for is dishonest and corrupt.

The last few years should prove that, without question. While there are good FBI agents, the Department of the FBI is as corrupt as they come. Zombie Killary, the woman we all love to hate. She is many things but stupid isn’t one of them. When she was questioned by the FBI her ONLY answers were, “I can’t recall, or I don’t remember.” And there is a lesson to learn.

Lying to the FBI is a crime. Now one thing you must understand, to the FBI, if you give an incorrect answer, YOU, just lied to the FBI. Now let’s go a step further and you are now under oath. The FBI agent asks you this question, “On Saturday June 19, 2007, did you do X,Y,Z.”

Now you answer honestly under oath, “Yes, that day I did X, Y, Z.”

You have just committed perjury, and now face a ten year prison sentence. Why you ask? Because June 19, 2007, was not a Saturday but was a Thursday. Welcome to the “Perjury Trap.” Now you have a choice, cooperate with the FBI, or spend some quality prison time.

Take a lesson from Killary, the only answer to any question is, I can’t recall exactly, or I don’t remember. I’d advise this with local law enforcement also. Not everywhere but in some states it is a crime to lie to the police. So be warned and protect yourself.
