Democrat Senators Fear Beto O’Rourke Torpedoed Gun Control with Confiscation Push

 Good job, Robert Francis! :)

Democrat senators currently pushing gun control laws worry presidential candidate Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke torpedoed any chance of passage via his insistence on firearm confiscation.

Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke talked of confiscating firearms during the September 12, 2019, Democrat debate. He said, “Hell yes, we’re going to take your AR-15.”

During an appearance on MSNBC the next morning, O’Rourke made clear that handing over AR-15s will be “mandatory” under his plan. Breitbart News reported that O’Rourke’s push was a game-changer, proving the left’s goal is gun seizure.

  2. Hi Brock,
Saw his triade' over at Irish's place... 'got to thinkin' 'reminded me of a 'Nam story an old Marine buddy told me... He would fly "NIGHT Door Gunner" on Helo Patrols... he volunteered for!! One day he was sittin' there with the belts of ammo pullin' out the "Tracers" and replacin' them with "Live" rounds!! The Pilot notice's and asks the proverbial "Why" .... "Because Tracer's work "BOTH WAYS!!!"

Robert Francis left all the "Tracer's" in his speech!!..... he also made another fatal mistake,... old sayin' goes back to my early drinkin' daze... (early 1960's in La. Deep Woodz an' SWAMP!!) "Make sure Brain is in gear before puttin' mouth into motion!!!!!"

    2. Door gunners are unlikely to hit anything at night without the tracers. They are just spraying into the darkness. And the enemy already knows where he is because he is in a big, loud thing above the tree line with a clear line of sight. Guys on the ground know tracers work both ways too. And the story makes more sense that way.

  3. Criminals prefer unarmed victims. They break in and steal guns. O'Rourke and the others who gave their silent assent are the same, except they will come with more force to "steal, kill and destroy" rather than the usual thievery of the common criminal. --Ron W

    1. The Sheriff's Deputies paid me a visit because a gun was involved in a crime and traced to me. When I showed him the report I filed that it and 2 others were stolen, he said every time we find a gun involved in crime they come back stolen and then he repeated it one more time looking in the distance.

    2. That's why gun registration is a pipe dream. It never had any crime prevention utility. Same for serial numbers and stupid criminals grinding them off so they can't be traced. They already can't be traced other than to the last legit owner who registered it. I also notice that police never use registration to return recovered stolen guns to their rightful owners.

    3. I thought that if a stolen gun was recovered it would be returned to the lawful owner but not necessarily so, I found out. The deputies told me it was up to the judge.
