I usually only bought shorts as a boy since they were cheaper. I remember reusing BB's also. My father had his "you'll shoot your eye out" in reality which kept him out of the service until 1944. He went to the train station and they called all forward by their last names and just before they got to my father, someone came up and canceled the remaining men.
