Democrat Controlled Virginia ‘Working’ On Confiscating Guns From Law Abiding Citizens, Governor Says

Ralph Northam, governor of Virginia, smiles while speaking during news conference in Arlington, Virginia, U.S., on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018. Amazon.com Inc. will build new offices in New York City and Arlington, ending months of jockeying between potential locations across the country vying for a $5 billion investment that promises 50,000 high-paying jobs over almost two decades.

Far-left Virginia Democrat Governor Ralph Northam announced this week that he will aggressively work to implement extreme anti-gun laws in the state now that Democrats control the state, including confiscating guns from law-abiding citizens.

  2. Well this will be a test bed. I don't think they will be successful. Sounds like a lot of blood is about to be spilled in Virginia.

    1. If the governor had been a Republican, he would have been hounded from office because of black face. Not that I believe anything wrong with it, though.

  3. It appeared from the recent election map that there were far more red counties than blue. Can't they declare for themselves sanctuary counties for gun owners? I haven't checked the Virginia Constitution, but if it's like ours here in Tennessee, the Legislature is extremely restricted regarding violating the rights of the People to acquire, keep and carry the means of self defense of their choosing. The Democrats are all for sanctuary counties and cities and pro choice aren't they? --Ron W

  4. Like CA, and many other states, like IL, VA is mostly red. But one or two cities outvote the entire state. What to do - make war on those cities.

    2. To expand on my flippant 'make war' comment, I offer several suggestions.

Declare economic war; write to those companies within the targeted state that you would love to visit but you will not given the current environment. Therefore you will be spending your hard earned money elsewhere. And be sure to blame those targeted persons within the government for creating that environment you find offensive.

Declare political war; become the disseminator of truth. Make it known to all that certain government policies have caused harm to them. Ex: CA passed a law to raise the threshold to $950 before theft becomes a felony. This has attracted criminals from out of state to conduct their crimes in CA and as long as they steal less than $950 *per occurrence* they will be charged with a misdemeanor only. A criminal may have repeated the $95 or less multiple times and have thousands of dollars worth of stolen goods but because each theft was less than the threshold they would not be charged with a felony.

Chicago has strict gun laws yet such laws have created a huge black market. And deaths have not decreased. In fact, police and elected reps look the other way.

Each of us can think of ideas of how to make war against those cities. The general idea is to make them 'own' the consequences of their idiocy and that they feel the impact.
