As part of a new lawsuit, Attkisson v. Rosenstein et.al., former FBI Unit Chief Les Szwajkowski has signed a sworn Affidavit confirming the government intrusion into journalist Sharyl Attkisson’s computers.

    At this time, if I was a juror and the FBI gave testimony. I would vote innocent. The last few years have demonstrated the FBI is run by criminals. While I believe the field agents are mostly honest. They allow the corruption to continue for advancement. Even worse, with the demonstrated corruption and criminal activity, the FBI and DOJ are doing nothing to correct the issue.

    They couch the criminal activity as just oversight or mistakes. While taking no action to correct the problem in the future. The FBI and DOJ committed fraud and felony perjury to destroy American Citizens. And when caught the official reply, “we made a mistake, or it was an oversight.”

    They have lost all credibility. They are doing nothing to correct their criminal activities. At this point in time, if I had been convicted by FBI testimony. I’d have a lawyer begin flooding the agency with FIOA requests. If they lie and commit criminal perjury to bring down a President. I cannot believe they would do that and worse to get a conviction against a normal citizen.

      I draw no distinction between those who abide and those who abet the criminality of others. Therefore, none are honest who do not loudly proclaim the offense. Further, they all are equally as guilty as the original perpetrator.

    As a side note, she sure is a pretty lady. I don't think I've seen an unflattering picture of her.
