Comment on the reason why DOJ Dropped Investigation Against Andrew McCabe

 Image result for mccabe corrupt

Local radio station here in dc explained it this way. The jury pool here in dc is totally corrupt. They voted 96% democrat in the last election. They absolutely hate republicans and conservatives. In any trial where politics is an issue, a republican will get the book thrown at him and a democrat will walk. In dc, Andrew mcCabe could literally shoot an republican on the front steps of the capital and walk away. This is what "above the law" really looks like. And prosecutors don't take cases to trial when they know with certainty they will lose, no matter what the evidence is.

  1. So take that concern and get a change of venue. Since it is a federal case, the venue could be anywhere in the country like, say the most conservative county in the country. Because unlike the commies, conservatives are likely to vote honestly.

If what the local D.C. radio station said, we can expect a refiling of charges in a different venue. But I ain't holding my breath.

      We pray.

  2. Was there no chance of a change of venue? It's done in less publicized cases where the jury pool is regarded as doubtful.

    1. Supposedly so as Unknown commented above.

    2. Not an option. 6th amendment guarantees the right of the accused to be tried in the place where the crime was committed. This exists because colonists were required to defend themselves in courts in england, something that was punitively expensive. The accused can ask for a change of venue. The prosecutor may not, and certainly not for such light reason as, "the jury wont convict here".

    3. When comey said about hillary, "no prosecutor would take this case", he was right. But what he really meant was, no jury would convict hillary in dc, so no prosecutor would bother bringing the case. "Above the law".

  4. Where was the alleged crime to have occurred? Can't use place of residence since we know that people conduct their criminal behavior away from their place and sometimes far from their place of residence.

How about prosecuting from somewhere within the same jurisdiction? So, BumFridge, South Dakota is out but what about down state VA?

Also, do not different jurisdictions have equal 'cause' since it was against a sitting president which McCabe acted and the president is for the entire nation. If not, then this is another reason to move the various agencies of fedgov out of D.C and to various locations around the country.
