The fans of the NFL are mostly white, by a large percentage right? What consideration are they given, if a team attracts more minorities do they get an extra draft pick?

DeleteIs this for all kinds of diversity? What about political and social diversity? For instance, the NFL is anti 2nd Amendment. They have rejected commercials from gun manufacturers. So would hiring an openly RKBA coach or GM hive that team a draft advantage? Or would the NFL discriminate against certain kinds of diversity? --Ron W

DeleteI don't watch the negro felony league, so they can hire or fire any one they want. Or play diversity shenanigans behind their closed doors.
