Talked to a lady in Wythe County,VA who gave 35 haircuts last week. Half-price, cash only, no taxes. A gentleman in Giles County is running his "non-essential" business as well - cash only. No taxes. 3 nice young woman in Floyd County also do hair and nails, they are doing quite a business. Cash only - no taxes. 2nd Amendment counties and the Sheriff looks the other way. Imagine this in several dozen counties and you'll have a picture of what's been going on in Virginia. It never stopped. Resistance comes in many shapes and forms. Liberty has friends everywhere.
