    She's not wrong.... However I still have doubts that SCOTUS will hear any cases regarding this election unless a CLEAR need to address a CONSTITUTIONAL issue is presented. Odds are good this lives/dies in the lower courts. And as for Roberts....he long ago proved he was no conservative. The question nobody asked was did he fool Dubya into thinking he was a conservative or did Dubya know all along what he was...because it turns out that Bush 43 was NO conservative.
