Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper is directing many businesses to shut down by
10 p.m. in order to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

Gov. Roy Cooper unveiled a modified stay-at-home order on Tuesday that
requires the state's roughly 10.5 million residents to remain off the
streets between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Meanwhile all gov cronies continue to get full pay off the backs of the broke taxpayers.
