NC: North Carolina Sets 10 P.m. Curfew Amid Surge in Virus

North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper is directing many businesses to shut down by 10 p.m. in order to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.

  North Carolina Gov. Roy Cooper unveiled a modified stay-at-home order on Tuesday that requires the state's roughly 10.5 million residents to remain off the streets between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.

  2. Can anyone point me to the place where our governor was granted the power to suspend the US and NC constitution limits on his power as well as the liberties those documents we intended to protect?

    And are there any men left in the legislature who do not hold their manhood cheaply?
