Delete"Lack of standing" is a legal fiction created to deny the injured their day in court. It's a fancy way of saying YOU DON'T COUNT and YOU DON'T MATTER. This refusal to hear this case is ample proof that the SCOTUS is corrupt and owned by the globalist left. Here is now only one remedy....violence. It is us or them. End of story.
ReplyDeleteI believe a mistake, as if they had taken this but ended up with another reason for voting against it, then the American people would have at least thought they had been heard, but this way, no dice.
DeleteThis was no mistake. Declaring a plaintiff "lacks standing" is simply a convenient way to tell said plaintiff "you will NEVER see justice". I suspected and said all along that the SCOTUS wouldn't hear any cases regarding this election theft. This proves that. They don't want to get involved. It would force them to OPENLY show which side of the political chasm they are on. And by refusing to be involved they have shown us which side they have chosen.
