The Times is effective because 85% of the people read no further than the headlines and those "smeared" can't sue because the final words "No proof of wrongdoing" would be used in a civil court as evidence of no libel. Those NY shysters have all bases covered.
Thank you and I have heard many suggestions as to why this would be good or bad. The worry is that once convened, it would go past the scope initially agreed upon. I read a proposed entry which would curtail guns drastically.
I kind of see what you mean-we are not all in the founding principals of the country together. Some states are more communistic than others. I was just thinking the way I think. Thanks.

Certainly and I believe we are further apart now than in '61, but don't believe there's a way to secede now.
