Is a re-drawing of state boundaries possible?
Yes... especially with much weakened federal government agents as we see since January 20th 2021.
However, I propose an alternative:
* let's designate some Oregon city neighborhoods as MARXISTS enclaves.
Anybody with a MARXIST bent can live there, and politicize every act and each molecule to their Black© heart's content.
All other Oregonians can go on pretty much as we do anyway... ignoring everything in cities.
