Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz launched a challenge Sunday to military personnel who have publicly attacked Fox News host and Daily Caller cofounder Tucker Carlson.
“Under Biden, the military is launching political attacks to intimidate Tucker Carlson & other civilians who criticize their policy decisions,” Cruz tweeted along with a copy of the letter he sent to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. “Officials in uniform are being used for the campaign. I’ve demanded a meeting with the Commandant of the USMC to put a stop to it.”

This is a clear violation of multiple federal laws. They SHOULD get kicked out of the military for using their official positions in political statements.

DeleteEvery single military member taking part in this attack on Tucker in particular, and Right leaning Americans in general, are in blatant violation of the UCMJ. And should all be formally reprimanded at the very least. All of the officers should be given article 15s and possibly even court marshalled since their violations are more egregious. Officers carry more influence and are held to stricter standards of conduct. Any unit commanders participating in this farce should be relieved of command immediately.
