After the fiasco of our 2020 national election, the subject of Election Integrity is an issue that is on everyone’s minds. If it’s not on your mind, it certainly should be. Every fraudulent vote cast and counted undermines the legitimacy of the election results and widens the already deep divisions in our nation.
In any election, if your side loses but you believe the results are honest and accurate, a rational person would conclude that, next election, you have to work harder to convince others that your agenda is better for the future. If your side loses, and there is ample evidence that the other side cheated in numerous ways to win, you stop believing in the system and your ability to create change through the legal election process.
