    Virtually EVERYONE in charge of ANYTHING does NOT want
    the typical American caable of critical rational thinking.
    They want everyone smart enough to do exactly what they are
    told so necessary jobs get done and STUPID ENOUGH to believe
    the bullshit being shoveled down their maw constantly.
