The Anaconda wasn't produced in anything but 44 caliber and manufacturing began in 1990. Perhaps you mean a Colt Python which was in .357 and introduced in 1955.
Though I did buy the KOMRAD from them for $990 which are now $1,250,so their comment about not being a Colt distributor may make sense. Here are the KOMRAD prices from others. Tombstone Tactical $1,199.00 Free on Guns, $9.99 Accessories, $14.99 Ammo RifleGear
$1,249.00 Free Shipping over $500 Classic Firearms
Nice but not $2300 worth of nice.....
ReplyDeleteI had a .357 just like this but an 8 inch. Bought it used after the Saigon evacuation for $160 from a gun shop.

DeleteCorrect and thanks.
DeleteI bought a new one with the 8 inch barrel in 1996 for $586. Haven't even put a cartridge in it yet.

DeleteI'll email them with this and thanks.
& just did. Thanks.
DeleteI bought the Komrad from you and was 99% pleased but looks like you are way over priced on the Python.
Said they weren't a Colt dealer and had to charge more. Now that's a way to lose customers!
DeleteSounds like they're crooks waiting to take advantage of an unsuspecting victim.
