Not only is there no evidence of construction around, but the bricks are being left in alleys and “sketchy” areas.

DeleteIf I lived close by I'd go rent a forklift and a flat bed truck and go collect them. That would be a good start on a garage or something. If somebody claimed them call the cops on them for littering.
