Prosecution Rests Its Case Against Kyle Rittenhouse

The first man killed by Kyle Rittenhouse on the streets of Kenosha was shot at a range of just a few feet and had soot injuries that could indicate he had his hand over the barrel of Rittenhouse’s rifle, a pathologist testified Tuesday. (AP)

After six days of evidence and witness testimony, prosecutors rested their case on Tuesday against Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager who shot three men, killing two and wounding another, during violent protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year.

The prosecution concluded its argument by showing drone footage of Rittenhouse allegedly shooting one of the men, Joseph Rosenbaum, in a used car lot in downtown Kenosha.

  1. Rosenbaum's past such as anally raping young boys and brutal domestic violence was inadmissible. What was presented in this trial was Rosenbaum stating, 'If I get you alone, I am going to #*&% kill you.' and, 'I'm going to carve your heart out.', all within earshot of Kyle earlier that night and directed towards the small group which Kyle was a part of.

Rosenbaum is a good kiddie diddler now. Huber, likewise. Gaige Grosskreutz (sp?) is more fortunate. I watched Gaige's testimony under oath. Everything of my experience with all kinds of people tells me that Gaige lied his patooie off on the stand. Even though he was coached by the attorneys, Gaige came across as sleazy and unbelievable. I would say that it is to his benefit that he isn't a good liar except that he really was trying to pull it over on the jury. I thought as he rushed out of the courtroom after his testimony that he must have been very angry with how he performed on the witness stand.

The media continues to eek out Rosenbaum as if he is the star of the trial. The media has tried to prop up Rosenbaum as an innocent caught in the crosshairs of the dangerous and flippant Kyle Rittenhouse. Join my in raising a glass to the young man who exercised amazing trigger control* and has become a model citizen for many to emulate.

*Kyle's testimony included how he was lightheaded and nearly blacked out as why he fell. It was in that state of barely conscious that he recognized and rightly identified the threat which intended to cause him great bodily injury. Each of us must ask ourselves, would we be so cognizant in such a state? Of course we don't know until it happens. But for Kyle it did happen and he performed exactly as one would hope if they ever found themselves in that condition in such an event.

I say that given the overnight freezing temperatures, the Kenosha Fire Dept should wet down all the roads so that black ice forms. That would help to defeat the razing and torching of the city which already the thugs have promised when the jury brings the 'wrong' verdict.

Last thing, Asst. DA Binger is a buffoon. This prosecutor did so much of the work for the defense. My working theory is Binger aimed for a mistrial.
