I never thought women should be part of the police patrol handling crimes d/t so much violence in today's world. This police officer is screwed and so are the taxpayers. Looks great on TV but it's not real. The same with combat military.
I don't doubt she was devastated when she realized what she had done. And while a Taser can be a useful item it also comes with it's own risks....including mistaking a real gun for a Taser and vice versa. However this video changes nothing. She committed the crime of Involuntary Manslaughter.....she committed an UNINTENTIONAL act that killed another person. That is ALL that matters. And she needs to be tried...and in an HONEST court convicted and sentenced to multiple years in prison. Which is EXACTLY what would happen to you or I under similar circumstances.
She collapsed. Worthless to the community. . Qualified Immunity. As long as she claims 'my life was in danger', she is free... home safe at the end of her shift.
