Liberal Women not Breeding is Something to Be Thankful For

Godfather Politics
VERBATIM POST

Lizz Winstead, is a comedienne and television “personality” I’ve never heard of. She’s been involved in a number of liberal TV and radio productions. In 2003, she co-founded and served as the program director at the defunct Air America Radio network. Since 2005 she has been a contributing blogger at the liberal Huffington Post.

She has a new book coming out in May. We got a hint of its content when she was interviewed by Ed Schultz on his radio show. She ranted that being married and having children was “indentured servitude.” Good for us. Self-imposed liberal birth control is sounding more appealing to me.

I’m so thankful that Cher only had one child who will never have children. Is this a mean thing to say? I didn’t chop her up. I didn’t make her what she wants to be. “Chaz” Bono is the poster child for the future of liberalism – neutered.

Speaking at a White House forum on women in the workforce, President Obama once again put his support behind Planned Parenthood to shore up his support among woman voters. He’s made contraception a centerpiece of his utopian “free” healthcare bill. Nearly the entire liberal establishment has made abortion, contraception, and homosexuality the support pillars that define what it means to be a modern 21st-century woman. Even Jimmy Carter is beginning to see the bleak future if liberals continue to worship the pill and take the abortion-on-demand sacrament. He’s now saying that Jesus would not approve of abortion.

Women were told that having their own cigarette would make them free and independent. Virginia Slims cigarettes was introduced in 1968 and marketed to young professional women using the slogan “You’ve come a long way, baby.” The result? There was a rapid increase in smoking among teenage girls. Later campaigns used the slogans “It’s a woman thing” and “Find your voice.”

A report by the Surgeon General of the United States interpreted viewed these marketing strategies as a way to link smoking “to women’s freedom, emancipation, and empowerment.” The freedom to harm one’s self with style was the result. The ultimate freedom is to say no to another generation of “me.”

V. I. Lenin may or may not have actually stated that “the capitalists will sell us the rope with which we will hang them,” but the principle is valid. The sexual freedoms that some women worked so hard to secure will be the rope that will “hang” the liberal establishment.

Let’s get behind and promote all the liberal anti-conception programs we can. In a generation or two, liberalism will be relegated to a footnote.

You can’t beat something with nothing. The something is more children.

We have to follow up by not sending our children to the indoctrination centers called public schools. It’s in these re-education camps that liberals neuter our once vigorous conservative children. Home schooling, apprenticeships, private schools, on-line education programs are good options.

Taking our country back means sacrifices, innovation, industry, and hard work. While liberals are killing off their future, it’s time that we double-down and rebuild ours.

Profiles in intellectual courage

VERBATIM POST

The NRO crew provides some striking profiles in intellectual courage:

"Does @NRO want to be associated with someone who publishes racist trash like this? I know I don't"
- Ramesh Ponnuru

"For the record, I find my colleague John Derbyshire's piece fundamentally indefensible and offensive. I wish he hadn't written it."
- Jonah Goldberg

"Needless to say, no one at National Review shares Derb’s appalling view of what parents supposedly should tell their kids about blacks in this instantly notorious piece here."
- Rich Lowry

"Why National Review must fire John Derbyshire"
- Josh Barro

Apparently these various National Review writers want Americans to remain trapped in the same clueless, post-racial, Orwellian delusion they have inhabited for the last fifty years. And yet, John Derbyshire's article that has inspired such rabid ritual denunciation is little more than a calm and perfectly reasonable collection of observable realities of race in America:
(6) As you go through life, however, you will experience an ever larger number of encounters with black Americans. Assuming your encounters are random—for example, not restricted only to black convicted murderers or to black investment bankers—the Law of Large Numbers will inevitably kick in. You will observe that the means—the averages—of many traits are very different for black and white Americans, as has been confirmed by methodical inquiries in the human sciences.

(11) The mean intelligence of blacks is much lower than for whites. The least intelligent ten percent of whites have IQs below 81; forty percent of blacks have IQs that low. Only one black in six is more intelligent than the average white; five whites out of six are more intelligent than the average black. These differences show in every test of general cognitive ability that anyone, of any race or nationality, has yet been able to devise. They are reflected in countless everyday situations.
This isn't the first time I've been pleased that I write for WND and not NRO. Now, in the past, I have been urged by some to abandon what they errantly consider to be my "support for segregation". What they fail to understand is that I don't support segregation per se. I don't actually have a position on it, any more than I have a position on gravity or oxygen. There is nothing to support, there is only an observation to be made: Humanity is intrinsically and naturally self-segregating. It is desegregation that is unnatural, that requires the imposition of force to maintain for even brief periods, and which is both inherently unstable and antithetical to the collective will of every people on the planet.

My own perspective should be perfectly clear, but I shall elucidate it anyhow. Due to past desegregation imposed by force of one kind or another, be it private action or government policy, rapid large scale segregation is going to take place because the vast majority of people on every possible side find it to be desirable. That future segregation is going to be either voluntary or involuntary, and will be either violent or non-violent. Therefore, government policies should, to the greatest extent possible, be strongly biased towards voluntary, non-violent, and gradual segregation in order to reduce the risk of rapidly destabilizing multi-ethnic and multi-racial societies.

Multiculturalism is dead. Desegregation is dead. MLK's dream is dead, and more importantly, it was never more than wishful thinking anyhow. Racial equality is the same failed myth as every other aspect of human equality, none of which have ever been shown to exist in any tangible form. And all that dropping weak-kneed to one's fainting couch or clinging to the oft-disproven canards of the racial equalitarians will achieve is to increase the level of violence and amount of involuntary cooperation that will eventually be required to recreate the historic balances that were originally brought about by the natural processes of group behavior. The American black/white situation is only one, and one of the smaller and less problematic, of the desegregations that should probably be anticipated in the medium term.

Ponnuru, Goldberg, Lowry, and Barro have humiliated themselves with their craven responses. The truth is what it is, and it will usually come out in the end no matter how desperately the children try to cling to their fairy tales. Pointing and shrieking "RACISS" is the modern equivalent of crying "WITCH" at the height of the Salem witch trials... and is not going to change the probable course of future events in the least.

Postwar Political Revolution in Bertie County NC

The war forced a social and political revolution in North Carolina led by Northern opportunists. The white residents of Bertie County organized to counter the political organizations of black residents which disenfranchised them, the Loyal and Union Leagues, and Republican party.

Postwar Political Revolution in Bertie County:

“On May 5, 1864, the Battle of Batchelor’s Bay occurred in Albemarle Sound. The Ram Albemarle came down the river after its victory at Plymouth en route to New Bern with the idea of liberating that city too. It was met by seven Federal gunboats, and a 3-hour artillery duel resulted in a draw. The Yankee warships were damaged, and the Albemarle limped back into Plymouth with its mission abandoned. Windsor was briefly occupied [by Northern troops], looted and hostages carried away.

War’s aftermath was worse. In 1868, a period of blight and despair descended on Bertie County. In that year Negroes “of all ages and all degrees of ignorance” took possession of Bertie County, filled the offices and spread dismay, egged on by unscrupulous whites and protected by the Freedmen’s Bureau – to quote from Robert Winston’s “A Far Cry.” Not only did the Negro voters outnumber whites, the minority race was crowded out of the polls and many of them could not vote at all.

Reign of Terror:

Chaos was the result. In Windsor, the victorious blacks crowded the barroom of a [scalawag] carpet-bagger. The “town was terrorized,” recalls Winston, an eyewitness. Meantime, general deterioration set in; the land was bankrupted. Well-kept plantations became worthless; fences broke down, stock roamed at large; mud covered the ditches; worthless tenants neglected husbandrymanship.

Some plantation owners could not survive, and surrendered and left; others could not even afford to do that – they stayed with their shambles. And many of the families of those who stayed and saw it through still live in and lead Bertie today.

Saved by the Klan:

The tide turned when the whites organized under the Ku Klux Klan, a counter-revolution. Restoration of white government was a prelude to general but slow recovery. In 1876 Bertie was still entirely dependent upon a plantation economy. There was not in the whole county, a telegraph line, a railroad, or a factory. Farming was resumed as it had been before – with cotton the king – though now, in many instances the field work was done by tenants.”

West: I’d be VP ‘if it was the right fit’

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) said Friday he would join the Republican ticket as a vice presidential nominee "if it was the right fit."

"The focus is, of course, being a good congressional representative,” West told CNN. “But if someone were to make that call to me, which I really doubt is ever going to happen, you would have to make sure that it is something that God would ordain for you, and you’d have to talk to your wife, my wife and my two daughters about. But we have always stepped up to the plate to serve our country. And if it’s the right fit, then I will do so.”

Why Shiloh Matters

Via Tom

The Battle of Shiloh began at sunrise on April 6, 1862 — the Sabbath — as 45,000 Confederate soldiers swooped down on an unsuspecting Union army encamped at Pittsburg Landing, a nondescript hog-and-cotton steamboat dock on the Tennessee River. What followed were two of the bloodiest days of the Civil War, leaving 24,000 men on both sides dead, dying and wounded.

When it was over the nation — two nations as it were, for the moment — convulsed, horrified, at the results. A great battle had indeed been anticipated; at stake was control of the Mississippi River Valley, which would likely decide who won the war. But the Battle of Shiloh was not the outcome that anyone wanted.

Beyond the grisly statistics, Americans north and south of the Mason-Dixon line were suddenly confronted with the sobering fact that Shiloh hadn’t been the decisive battle-to-end-all-battles; there was no crushing victory — only death and carnage on a scale previously unimaginable. The casualty figures at Shiloh were five times greater than its only major predecessor engagement, the Battle of Bull Run, and people were left with the shocking apprehension that more, and perhaps many more, such confrontations were in store before the thing was settled.

Gearing Up: DHS Purchases Bullet Resistant Checkpoint Booths Amid Large Scale Ammo Buildup

Via Survival

The Department of Homeland Security has made news in the past few weeks with the revelations that they have purchased up to 650 million rounds of .40 caliber hollow point ammunition.

Now, despite ignoring requests as to why they need that much ammo, they have moved forward and purchased an unknown amount of bullet resistant booths to possibly be stationed at unannounced checkpoints throughout the country.

A press release from the company that supplied the booths bragged about the sale:

Press release date: April 4, 2012

Owner: Department of Homeland Security

Project Description:

Shelters Direct provided the Department of Homeland Security with this 4×13 Steel UL 752 Level 3 Bullet Resistant Booth.

This guard building features a standing seam hip roof, a thru-wall HVAC unit, (2) UL 752 BR Level 3 sliding doors, UL 752 Bullet Resistant Level 3 glass and a Low]E coating.

These booths seem destined to be used at checkpoints throughout the country as DHS and other government agencies continue their full scale takeover of America.

GRNC Update 4-6-12: Victory in Oak Ridge... For Now

GRNC

Good news. The latest proposed ordinance designed to violate the spirit of the new law allowing concealed carry within parks has failed in a 3 to 2 vote. This one was in the town of Oak Ridge. Your voice was heard much to the chagrin of some of the council members who whined about receiving over one hundred emails on the subject. One lamented being "offended" by receiving so many "form" emails. We naturally look forward to offending anti-gun council members across this state - with your help -- whenever this issue arises and for as long as it takes.

Congratulate yourself, but don't rest too easy. This issue may not be totally put to bed in Oak Ridge. Several council members indicated that they had problems with the wording of the current ordinance, so it may well roll back around with different wording. We'll keep you posted.
