Federal Judge Drops the Hammer After Marilyn Mosby Claims She’s Immune to Prosecution

YES! Federal Judge Drops the Hammer After Marilyn Mosby Claims She's Immune to Prosecution...

Tough titty.

When Freddie Gray was killed in Baltimore in 2015, Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby over-inserted herself into the case.

While it is normal for a prosecutor to be zealous about a case, for Mosby, getting the officers allegedly involved in the death seemed something of a holy crusade.

A prosecutor’s job is to work for the truth, wherever that might lead you.

The officers involved thought Mosby went beyond her job and sued her.

Now a judge has upheld the cops’ right to continue with the lawsuit.

Folks, I gotta tell ya’. My heart leaped with joy hearing Jeff Sessions give his opening statement at his confirmation hearing for Attorney General. I thought, “Thank you God! Finally, an America loving adult running our DOJ. What a concept.”

First Obama gave us Eric Holder, a black AG with a chip on his shoulder against whites and America. Out-of-the-box, Holder accused Americans of being racist afraid to honestly discuss racial issues. To racist Leftists like Holder, an honest discussion means white America admitting they are eternal racist plotting 24/7 how to keeping people-of-color down
.
Holder sued Arizona, calling them racist for seeking to enforce immigration law. He sued Texas to block their law requiring ID to vote. He refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers because they’re “His people”, black like him.

John Lewis Isn't a Hero, He's a Liar and a Racist

Via Billy

Every time the media mentions John Lewis, it makes certain to attach "civil rights hero" to his name as if it were some sort of official title.

The truth about John Lewis is that he's a liar and a racist. His career should have ended after he falsely accused Tea Party activists of yelling racial slurs at him.
WASHINGTON — Demonstrators outside the U.S. Capitol, angry over the proposed health care bill, shouted "nigger" Saturday at U.S. Rep. John Lewis, a Georgia congressman and civil rights icon who was nearly beaten to death during an Alabama march in the 1960s.
The video showed it never happened.
Let’s be blunt; John Lewis is a liar. He claimed the N-word was “shouted” over and over at him and yet no camera among the many there has caught anything of the sort. In other words, there is no doubt about it; he was and is lying straight through his teeth.

In Stunning Pair Of Interviews, Trump Slams NATO And EU, Threatens BMW With Tax; Prepared To "Cut Ties" With Merkel

Via Frank

In two separate, and quite striking, interviews with Germany's Bild (paywall) and London's Sunday Times (paywall), Donald Trump did what he failed to do in his first US press conference, and covered an extensive amount of policy and strategy, much of which however will likely please neither the pundits, nor the markets.

Among the numerous topics covered in the Bild interview, he called NATO obsolete, predicted that other European Union members would join the U.K. in leaving the bloc and threatened BMW with import duties over a planned plant in Mexico, according to a Sunday interview granted to Germany’s Bild newspaper that will raise concerns in Berlin over trans-Atlantic relations. Furthermore, in his first "exclusive" interview in the UK granted to the Sunday Times, Trump said he will offer Britain a quick and “fair” trade deal with America within weeks of taking office to help make Brexit a “great thing”. Trump revealed that he was inviting Theresa May to visit him “right after” he gets into the White House and wants a trade agreement between the two countries secured “very quickly”.

Trump told the Times that other countries would follow Britain’s lead in leaving the European Union, claiming it had been deeply damaged by the migration crisis. “I think it’s very tough,” he said. “People, countries want their own identity and the UK wanted its own identity.”
