Joint FBI-US Attorney Probe Of Clinton Foundation Is Underway

Via comment by JJ on Obama Justice Department Refuses To Investigation ...

Multiple FBI investigations are underway involving potential corruption charges against the Clinton Foundation, according to a former senior law enforcement official.

The investigation centers on New York City, where the Clinton Foundation has its main offices, according to the former official who has direct knowledge of the activities.

Prosecutorial support will come from various U.S. Attorneys Offices — a major departure from other centralized FBI investigations.

The New York-based probe is being led by Preet Bharara, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Bharara’s prosecutorial aggressiveness has resulted in a large number of convictions of banks, hedge funds and Wall Street.

The Department of Justice turned down an FBI request to investigate the Clinton Foundation in connection with possible public corruption.

“Early this year as the investigation into Clinton’s private email server was in full swing, several FBI field offices approached the Justice Department asking to open a case regarding the relationship between the State Department and the Clinton Foundation, according to a law enforcement official,” CNN reported on Wednesday.

“At the time, DOJ declined because it had looked into allegations surrounding the Clinton Foundation around a year earlier and found there wasn’t sufficient evidence to open a case.” the news outlet added.

It’s not just Trump who blamed Obama and Hillary for ISIS–

In October 2015 Russian President blamed Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton for creating ISIS.

Flashback: "We are training Isis." Sometimes Obama tells the truth...accidentally.

Comment on Hillary, Trump, and War with Russia: The Goddamdest Stupid Idea I Have Ever Heard, and I Have Lived in Washington

 http://fredoneverything.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/T14.jpg

Fred, again is right. It is goddamdest stupid idea. Ever. And, if one stops to give the matter some thought, our situation is far worse than suspected. First, going to war with Russia, generally does not end well for those at war with her. If we were to go to war with Russia, my prediction is that it is a 100% certainty that we would lose. And perhaps as badly as Iraq lost to us in the 1st Gulf war in 1991.
We here in the FUSA may have had at one time the best, most advanced weapons in the world. Not any more. Russian military hardware is the equal to what we have and in many areas their stuff is superior. We have believed our own propaganda about the quality of Russian equipment. Granted they have simply copied our stuff, but so what?
Why not let your rival spend his time and money to develop new stuff. Then wait to see how well it works. So when you want to upgrade your stuff, buy what you can from them or steal/spy the rest. The legacy equipment we have needs to be replaced or upgraded. The long years of our involvement in the "Stans" and the Middle East have left both our troops and stuff as worn out.

Our military as a whole is in rough shape and NOT fit to fight. We can not get a new weapons system out in the field in a timely manner. Nor are we getting our moneys worth. Just take a look at the JSF F-35. The most expensive plane ever and it still not ready for combat nor can it do what it is supposed to do. The Marine Corp does not know what it wants to be or how to do it. The Army, they are too busy with gender equality and rights and benefits for all the sexual perverts who are joining, as well as insuring that nothing offends Muslims. TPTB and the current administration have an ongoing purge of those officers who are warriors. Message is Lima Charlie, conform to the politically correct party line or your career is done for. Also we now have a much smaller military.

There is also the small matter that wars cost money. Should we go to war with Russia, where is the money going to come from to pay for it? This nation is bankrupt, with debt so large that is impossible for it to ever be paid off. So who is going to lend us the money? Other nations? Not a chance. From the American public? Problem with that is that most Americans are already too broke. Also there are not even working Americans to loot from to finance it. Nor do we have the manufacturing base we once did to make the planes, tanks, trucks, ships and guns we need for a conventional war. Remember too, all that stuff needs replacement parts to keep them working

Lastly a giant F--k You!, to TPTB and all the alphabet soup agencies, who are spying on me. I do NOT want a war with Russia. I so no reason for any American to die just so the politicians can hide their screw-ups or the corporate and bankers to use war to make more profits. Know this too, should we go to war with Russia, I will never believe the official story for war. I know that you all are liars. Every single last one of you are liars.

I almost forgot another reason why we WILL lose against Russia. We have no stomach for casualties. We have no resolve for the long haul. Once the body bags start coming back, or a battle is shown on the evening news, we will want to quit. Think Black Hawk Down. We don't like the idea that war is not like playing Call of Duty on our gaming system. Real war is too messy and nasty. (Amen, Fred and I were in Phnom Penh about the same time, but never met.)

FBI tip led to Ontario terror take down

Good afternoon Brock!

Hope all is well! It would appear we owe you a thank you, the FBI was able to prevent a terrorist attack in Canada! Thank you!

Shucks, we honestly believed that the court order for this nutjob to not associate with terrorists and not plot terrorist attacks was going to be effective! lol

I highly doubt this lesson will actually stick in regards to our Liberal Government, they're still claiming no serious concerns for Canadians!

Take care for now!

Aaron Driver leaves the Law Courts in Winnipeg, Tuesday, February 2, 2016. Terrorism suspect Aaron Driver was killed in a confrontation with police in the southern Ontario town of Strathroy.

Police say it was an FBI tip early Wednesday that alerted them to the "imminent threat" posed by Aaron Driver, who was later killed in a confrontation in Strathroy, Ont.

RCMP deputy commissioner Mike Cabana says the tip included a video of Driver, 24, and a warning that he planned to detonate a homemade explosive device in an urban centre during morning or afternoon rush hour.

Cabana says that while Wednesday's confrontation had a tragic end, it could well have had a "completely different ending" with a "significantly larger loss of life."

NC: Voter ID

 http://l3.yimg.com/ny/api/res/1.2/bJ7iQmvTEn9Nh3_yV961xg--/YXBwaWQ9aGlnaGxhbmRlcjtzbT0xO3c9ODAwO2lsPXBsYW5l/http://globalfinance.zenfs.com/images/US_AHTTP_AP_NEWSBRIEFS/4ea005f97aa34a2eb92d8d1a91d584ba_original.jpg

Amazing how disparately the 4th Circuit court ruling trashing every election reform put forth by the government in NC compares with this 7th Circuit ruling (see article below).  These federal court decisions are totally at odds with one another. In the case of the 4th Circuit ruling, a type of second class citizenship for North Carolinian's vis a vis their counterparts in Wisconsin, has been created by a federal court.  Such a dramatic and disfavorable disparity should not exist within the federal courts of this or any other nation......and in just about any other nation it does not. Nearly every nation BUT OURS requires some form of positive identification when a voter votes. Some even use biometric identification methods, like finger printing and soon, iris scanners.

Nearly all nations BUT OURS make election integrity a top priority. Here in the U.S. we've had two decades of promoting higher registration of voters by loosening  rules through congressional action, without creating any safeguards to prevent fraud by those would abuse the system for their own purposes. The action of the 4th Circuit was to roll back common sense safeguards that the vast majority of Americans want. It is time we should consider a National Referendum Act, that would allow Americans to vote on important national issues as referendums during federal elections. Many states already have such laws. How else, other than a convention of states could we ever get the congressional term limits we sorely need, or to end the absurd, world-only "birthright citizenship" law we have in our country?

Getting back to voting.....The US Supreme Court has already ruled that photo ID is not a burden that disenfranchises voters, yet the 4th Circuit doesn't agree. [?]   CLEARLY, this adverse ruling against NC must be revisited at the Supreme Court level and voter ID requirements harmonized around the country.....and America should join the rest of the world in acknowledging the common sense need for a voter to positively identify themselves when they present themselves to vote. As everywhere else in the modern world, the integrity of our elections is worth protecting. As it stands now, in NC, this is no longer the case.

The 4th circuit ruling also reinstated a requirement to allow fraud-friendly "same day registration/voting,"a practice outlawed in 42 other states. Why don't the courts order those 42 others states to do the same. Why must ONLY NC be forced to re-implement it?  I'll tell you why......the answer is highlighted in blue in the paragraph below.

If you live in NC, please contact the governor's office, and/or your representatives in the General Assembly.

This MUST be fixed and NC's General Assembly, working with the governor, needs to go to the Supreme Court and request a similar temporary stay from the outrageous 4th Circuit three-judge Obama/Clinton panel that clearly acted from a political motivation to trash this state's voter photo ID in time for the November election to aid Democrats in this so-called 'battleground" state, a state that already had a reasonable impediment allowance for non-photo ID voting.

It is a shame how our courts have become as politicized as the Dept of Justice, the IRS, The VA, and now, even the military.  Time to wake up; we are losing our nation even as we watch from the sidelines.
