* In documents disclosed to Citizen Researcher Dr. Larry Kawa by the US State Department, Huma Abedin signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (SF-312) for classified information under penalty of perjury.

* In the agreement Abedin is advised against “negligent handling of classified information” could cause “irreparable injury” to the United States.

* In addition Abedin agrees that “unauthorized disclosure of classified information by me” could result in the violation of several intelligence and security laws, including the espionage act.

* Disclosure of classified information to Anthony Weiner through “negligent handling of classified information” would be a violation of this agreement, and a felony.  Aiding and Abetting Huma Abedin to commit this crime or cover it up would also be a felony.

* The Non-Disclosure & the Separation Agreement also reveal significant deficiencies at the State Department as several sections were never counter signed by the State Department.

BELLAMY BROTHERS - OLD HIPPIE (LIVE) & Don't miss the ending!

"The American people have quite had it with this privileged, hypocritical crew. In one week, to paraphrase Michael Moore, watch many of them lob in a legal molatov cocktail called Donald J. Trump to blow up the stinking swamp."

No matter what the election outcome next week, the media will be big losers. This campaign season has seen much of the media rip off their veneer of objectivity, too often acting instead as an unofficial campaign arm working to elect Hillary Clinton.

The latest revelation — that the town hall moderator overseeing a Democratic primary debate gave CNN contributor Donna Brazile a peak at expected questions, and Brazile then fed Hillary Clinton's campaign staff a question expected to come up in the primary debate against Bernie Sanders — confirms the too cozy relationships between the politicians and the so-called journalists and officials who are supposed to be helping Americans get unbiased information about candidates.

Bernie Sanders supporters should be outraged: We've seen time and again how the DNC was never going to allow their guy a fair shot at the nomination.

The Art of Southern Manliness

 Light_Horse_Harry_Lee

What attributes make a man? More importantly, what made a Southern man? Two famous Southern men had much to say about this. George Washington and Lighthorse Harry Lee, Robert E. Lee’s father, spilled ink on the subject, Washington in a short book titled Rules of Civility and Decent Behavior in Company and Conversation and Lee in letters to his eldest son Charles Carter Lee. These “rules” formed sound advice and were given in a time that demanded gentlemanly behavior.

Washington’s code of conduct served him well. He was considered the best conversationalist, athlete, and dancer in Virginia. He loved a good joke and women enjoyed his polite conversation. Washington exemplified the ideal man of the court, if not the ideal man in general. He had what Castigleone called the sprezaturra, an effortless display of manly demeanor both around men and women. This part of his character is often ignored or denounced by modern historians as insincere. One of these modern sages (a feminist from Massachusetts) went as far as to call Washington “sort of a boob.”

Jealousy has no expiration date.

Washington advised young men to do simple things to promote decency:

Soldiers Worthy of the Women of the South

The Battle of Shiloh was fought on 6 April 1862 in Tennessee, a battle that might have ended the careers of Grant and Sherman had Gen. Albert Sidney Johnston prevailed. In the postwar, Gen. Alexander P. Stewart saw the near-victory of Southern arms there “as [the Army of Tennessee’s] one chance to truly destroy a Federal army and change the course of the war in the West.

Soldiers Worthy of the Women of the South

“Perhaps because of the storm or criticism which had assailed him after the surrender of Fort Donelson, [Johnston] unselfishly offered the command to [Gen. PGT] Beauregard. The Creole general refused the responsibility, but he drew up the faulty plan of attack which Johnston adopted; namely, the placing of one corps behind another in three long thin lines of battle instead of advancing by columns.

In a proclamation to the soldiers Johnston described the Union army as “agrarian mercenaries sent to despoil you of your liberties, property and honor.” Appealing to his men the show themselves “worthy of the women of the South, whose noble devotion in this war has never been exceeded in any time.”

The Confederate advance [at Shiloh] was so delayed by rain and muddy roads that Beauregard believed all chance for a surprise had been lost and urged returning to their base; but the other corps commanders favored attack, and Johnston was so confident of victory that he said, “Tonight we will water our horses in the Tennessee River.”

The Confederate attack early Sunday morning April 6 [1862] on [Sherman’s] advance division proved to be a surprise, announced only by a reconnaissance force that encountered the Confederate vedettes and mange to give the alarm so that the Federals got into line of battle for the attack. Grant was at his headquarters at Savannah, Tennessee, nine miles away on the other side of the river, when the battle began.

“Like an avalanche,” wrote Beauregard, the grey army drove the Federal troops from their camp and occupied Sherman’s headquarters at “the rude log chapel” of Shiloh. Instead of following up the victory, however, many of the Confederate soldiers stopped to plunder the camp.

At 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon [Johnston] was hit by a Minie ball which cut an artery in his leg. The wound was not necessarily mortal, but he remained in the saddle till he bled to death. The Confederates drove the Federals . . . nearly to the river; but, having used their reserve earlier in the day, they did not have the fresh strength to completer their victory.

At six o’clock in the evening . . . Beauregard halted the fighting . . . [as] the Southern troops had become hopelessly entangled, until they were a confused mob. Beauregard reported, his men were jaded by the previous day’s march through mud and rain, and they had fought twelve hours without food. The arrival of [enemy reinforcements] late that afternoon and during the night enabled the Union armies the following day to turn the tide of battle.”

Even though the hacking of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails was illegal, Wikileaks has done the country a great service. Much of the illegal behavior of the biggest organized crime syndicate in history, the Democrat Party, has been exposed. They can’t put the genie back in the bottle.

The party has been shown as a huge criminal enterprise, a pay to play monstrosity, that has sucked the very life out of American democracy and threatened our rule of law. It has been shown as willing and able to sell-out American national security to the highest bidder. It has been shown to be actively involved in voter fraud, intimidation and inciting violence.

The Obama administration has been a Manchurian presidency. An Islamic caliphate has been allowed to stand up in the Middle East. The largest state sponsor of terrorism has been allowed to obtain nuclear weapons. Every agency of the federal government has been corrupted. Our military has been dangerously weakened. Our allies have been betrayed. Our borders have been opened. Our finances have been wrecked. Our healthcare system has been destroyed. Faith in our law enforcement and judiciary has been obliterated.

You could not write a novel with a better conspiracy to destroy the United States of America.
I am confident the American people will do the right thing. I am confident they will not put a criminal in the White House. Our faith in our people’s maturity and wisdom was shaken with the reelection of Barack Obama in 2012. However, with the daily revelations of criminal activity coming of out the Democratic Party headquarters, maybe he didn’t really win after all.

More Than Arrogance

Forget Trump, he is not the issue, because the issue is bigger than the election that is driving it. There is only one true candidate in this election and it is called accountable government and a vote for Hillary is a vote against accountable government.

Just over the email scandal the Attorney General of the United States, one of the most important offices in the government as it pertains to individuals, has demonstrated a lack of integrity by taking a meeting with Bill Clinton, the husband of the would be defendant, at a Phoenix airport. The next day, James Comey Director of the FBI, a direct subordinate of the Attorney General, obstructed justice by ignoring obvious felonies committed by Hillary Clinton, the logical result of his testimony would have been to refer the case to a U.S. Attorney, or the Attorney General, but by failing to do so, Director Comey became complicit in obstruction of justice.

Epic greed, power, and pride: Where’s the bottom? With Bill and Hillary, there’s no telling.

What was the Clinton telos? The end point, the aim of all their lying, cheating, criminality, dishonor, and degradation? Given the latest Weiner scandals coming on top of the latest WikiLeaks scandals, we wonder, what did the Clintons really wish to end up as — and why? Are they Goethe’s Faust or tortured souls crushed by the weight of their money bags in Dante’s Fourth Circle of Hell? For a few criminals, remorse comes with old age; but for the Clintons, near-70 was to be the capstone, the last chance to trump all their prior shenanigans. They were artists of amorality, and the election of 2016 was to be their magnum opus.
