Three Things The New Congress Must Do To Satisfy The Tea Party
"A quick scan of the headlines in today’s internets reveal an example of how the government has grown out of control; breeding a rudderless society unmoored by ignorance and intentional dismissal of the Constitution. The decision in the U.S. District court in Detroit, by George Steeh, gives, at least for a short time, the congress powers never before imagined in the two-hundred-plus years of American political society. With the flick of a pen, everything intended by the framers of the Constitution is obliterated under the protection of the vastly overstated Commerce Clause."
