HAWK FINALLY CAPTURED IN LIBRARY OF CONGRESS



"Jefferson, the hawk, was safely captured shortly before 9 a.m. this morning by experts from the Raptor Conservancy of Virginia and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service."
