There is yellow tape beyond the people below which blocks entry further until tomorrow PM. Then the area near the damaged end will be barred allowing the rest to be usable for fishing and so forth.
If you enlarge the picture below, you can see two men near the end evidently deciding where to blockade tomorrow.
