John Shirley, our Texas Chapter President, has just learned that Charles Dyer turned himself in to some uniformed deputies in Fort Bent County, Texas, this morning, without incident. We consider this very good news. Now we just hope he has a fair trial with all the evidence considered, including new evidence supporting his innocence that has come to light (according to his family).

I REALLY hope those fools realize the powder-keg they're sitting on... Give him a FAIR trial, and the respect he deserves or I've a feeling they're going to wish they had!

The man's being RAILROADED because of his political speech. If he were a Nobamabot-zombie there would never have been a charge in this case, especially given his psycho-ex's history of malicious, false accusations and the fact that this is in the context of a custody-dispute. Statistically-speaking, these sorts of accusations in the midst of a custody-battle are ALWAYS false, so much so that social-workers won't even bother in most cases any more!
NO WAY IN HELL THIS MAN IS GUILTY - AND YET THEY CONTINUE? THEY REFUSED HIM A CONTINUANCE EVEN AFTER HIS HOUSE WAS BURNED DOWN WITH ALL HIS EVIDENCE INSIDE, THE DAY BEFORE COURT?!
It doesn't get any worse than this!
