Fox Cancels FreedomWatch

I'm so pissed off, I can't see straight. No link yet on III, but I searched and there are many.

Via III Percent Patriots

Bad news, freedom fighters! Judge Andrew Napolitano's Freedom Watch, the best damned daily libertarian news & argument show in the history of television (name a better one!), has gotten the axe from Fox Business Network. From the press release:

FOX Business Network (FBN) will debut a new primetime schedule featuring encore presentations of the channel's top post-market programs, announced Kevin Magee, Executive Vice President of the network. Starting February 20th at 8 PM/ET, viewers will find additional airings of The Willis Report (5PM & 8PM/ET), Cavuto (6PM & 9PM/ET) and Lou Dobbs Tonight (7PM & 10PM/ET). The new lineup will replace FreedomWatch with Judge Andrew Napolitano, Power & Money with David Asman and Follow the Money with Eric Bolling. [...]

In making the announcement Magee said, "Neil Cavuto, Lou Dobbs and Gerri Willis are the most trusted names in business news and this new lineup affords FOX Business viewers additional access to their no-nonsense take on the day's financial events. We look forward to Judge Napolitano, David and Eric continuing to make significant contributions to both FOX Business and FOX News. In addition to daily branded segments, each of them will be showcased throughout future programming on both networks."

Currently one of the leading judicial analysts on television, Judge Napolitano will continue his role on both FOX Business and FOX News, providing key legal insights surrounding the growing intersection between Washington and Wall Street. [...] Stossel, hosted by John Stossel, will continue Thursdays at 10PM/ET.

Well, boo (except for that last sentence).

  1. Hmmm, perhaps the Judge can get a segment on GBTV. His show will be missed and somehow I think his role on Fox Business and Fox News will be minimal...

  2. I dropped my cable for several months but Fox business and the Judge were the only reasons to watch for me.Stossel is ok and I did watch him but the Judge is or at least appears to be a fair and total Constitution supporter! Plus him supporting Ron Paul why the Horror.Mitt seems to be the big money peoples man.If he wins we are F####d!!!

  5. Right on Brock, Ron Paul is the only way! He is the only one addressing the abuses to the Constitution & B.O.R. I'd rather is the Marxist get back in if it's not Ron Paul.

To most that statement sounds extreme, but I'd rather bring it on now vs the slow death approach. We can't afford to put the future of our children into the hands of this younger generation. It maybe up to our generation to reestablish the Republic & restore the Constitution.

I'll plan on liver longer, then!:) At least until Dixie comes out at the SCV Convention this summer, then the year after for my 50th military school reunion and the year after that she will be 18. Of course if I make it that long, I'll come up with some more goals.:)

  7. There's another thing the damn homos have stolen from us...

First they screw up one perfectly good word ("gay" - which I REFUSE to use in their context - they're "homosexual" - not "gay") but they also had to steal a big event as well?

A "Coming out party" is something that good parents have looked forward to for hundreds of years. Now it's something to be dreaded.

Ah well... It can't be long now...

One of my greatest desires is to live long enough to piss on the graves of some of these monsters.

May they reap the fiery torment they so richly deserve.

  8. I love this song which I bought when he first put it out. Interesting, in that Dixie (15) uses gay in its original context, probably because of the classics she reads.

  9. Got sidetracked...

So they're pulling Napolitano in favor of RERUNS? Reruns of shows that don't draw the numbers N' draws?

Now why do you s'pose they'd do THAT?

The fix is INDEED in - The Enemy is no longer going to allow any dissent on mass-media's networks.

    Fine.

Keep tipping your hand - it just helps to educate and awaken the sleeping sheeple, and forces US to continue developing alternatives like Beck's...

Wifey and I were discussing this sort of thing just last night... She's got just a couple of shows that she "can't live without" and if I can work out an online source we could drop the cable completely.

    For those not initiated, check out "XBMC" - there's a free PC-based app-version... Add on the "navi-x" repository for more movies than you could ever watch! From there all you need is a cheap laptop with HDMI out (Mine was a $250 clearance-item!)}

I also have a "boxee-box" - which is where I get the rest of my content. ~$100 for the box, free content!

If I can't find them free online, I can always download her shows from i-tunes for a buck or so a piece - even if it was $10 a week it would STILL be cheaper than the damn cable, and I don't have to worry about subsidizing the leftard scumbags...

Yup. Keep putting it to us!
