I've wanted to open the "husband day-care" in a mall for 3+ decades now.
Adjacent to it would be a child-care center as well.
The kid-care was the problematic one - too much red-tape - but the "husband" thing had serious potential.
I'd have: (1) a typical "bar" area (2) a more laid-back "sports" and "TV" area with dozens of TVs and mobile theater-style reclining chairs. Push your chair over to what you want to watch and join the party! (3) Billiards, video-games, etc. all available (4) Waitresses to bring food and drinks as well... (5) Best of all, there would be one area closed off with white-noise generators to provide quiet, where a guy could rent a small "cubicle" with a cot and clean linens so he could take a nice nap if he wished.
Comfy chairs, food, beer, waitresses, sports, pool, games and naps -- what more could a guy want?!
I think it would make a MINT - but... alas - never going to happen...
