Two points concerning this graph from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis:
1. At the current rate of decline, there will be zero units for sale before 2015.
2. The shaded areas indicate US recessions. Does this graph look like we are out of recession? Unless the point is that we are out of recession and into a depression.
