Shop that sold gun to Newtown shooter's mom loses license

 

Because we're the self-anointed  "Only Ones" who can do anything we wish. We especially excel in the illegal.
Shelley Clemens, said Friday that she and her husband still don't know why the ATF revoked his firearms license. She said the store remains open selling ammunition and other items that aren't firearms while LaGuercia appeals the revocation.
"They just came in the store after Sandy Hook, raided the store and took away the license,"

  2. Sloppy bookkeeping and an inability to catch a thief who stole over a dozen guns is why they lost their ticket. Assuming, that is, that there wasn't anything more underhanded going on and they're pleading incompetence to cover up their intentional malfeasance.
