 One traitorous bill after another.

In a controversial move today, Kentucky law makers slipped a bill through the senate making the installation of a tracking device or “Weapon RFID System” in firearms mandatory by state law.

The program’s preliminary launch will be in Clark County, Kentucky, specifically in the city of Winchester.

Winchester is probably best known for spawning the late Helen Thomas and their 1998 contribution to the Guinness Book Of World Records for most underage tobacco users per capita in the United States.

Nestled in the eastern portion of the blue state, the city of Winchester also is home to several academies of higher learning and is thought to be more intelligent and liberal than the rest of the state.

Kentucky itself boasts one of the highest gun ownership rates in the country.

Officials say they hope the bill will catch on so they can push to have it implemented nationwide.

    1. National Report itself is a hoax. The current top headlines across the top of the page: "Guantanamo Bay Empty - Remaining Prisoners Pardoned By President Obama"

Almost looks like a Pseudo-The-Onion knock off. Fake stories we could very well see happen with the current administration.

  3. Does the English language still apply? I have lived in Colorado for eighteen years now and haven't found any communists. I have known some and know two now. One lives in NC and one in Indiana. I am really tired of ignorant posters calling me a communist. How many gun-grabbers has this guy's state recalled this year?

  5. Brock This story is total BULL SHIT. I live in the commonwealth of Kentucky, The Kentucky Legislature has not met in months, nor will they before spring. In order to "pass a law" out side regular session, they would be forced by law, to order a "special session of the Kentucky legislature" That is a MAJOR shit storm in Ky.(there have been about four "special sessions" in the last twenty years) there is NO NEW GUN LAW.-- Winchester Ky. is a small farming town outside Lexington in CENTRAL Ky. Whoever wrote the story got pretty much EVERYTHING about Kentucky WRONG. The town they were trying to describe was The City of Lexington (home of UK "Go Big Blue") We in Kentucky are the most "Gun Nut" state in the US . Had anyone in Frankfort even TRYED to introduce this bill they would have faced a general uprising--and they know it. This was just some very nasty black propaganda. ---Ray
