“There’s no limiting principle in the principle they’re invoking,” Will said on Special Report on Fox News on Thursday night. “That is majorities should rule all the time.”
He continued: “What this means is if in the spring of 2017 there’s a Republican president, which there could be, the Republicans still hold the House, and they have 51 senators, they can repeal Obamacare with 51 votes. And I’m not sure the people who did this today have thought this.”

DeleteAnyone that thinks the "nuclear" option will stop just for lower level judges is fooling themselves. Once they see how nice it is to rule by tyranny it will quickly become the rule of the day in the senate.

What is most worrying is that they are going for broke, because if they thought the Democrats would lose in the next election, they would have been foolish to do this which makes you wonder if they know something and/are planning something that we can only guess.
