Republican coastal elite would take Hillary over Ted Cruz or Rand Paul in 2016

All the more reason to pick one.

The biggest parlor game on Wall Street and in corporate boardrooms these days is guessing whether former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush will run for president and save the GOP’s old establishment base from its rising populist wing.

The second most popular game is guessing what happens if Jeb says no.

  1. The GOP establishment is the Washington Generals of politics. The Generals play
the Globetrotters every night all around the world. They put up a good fight and sometimes get close but the Globetrotters always pull out a victory in the end.
Just as the Generals have no intent of beating the trotters, Boehner, McCain, Graham, McConnell and company have no intent of beating back the Democrats.
I call them the loyal opposition.

They put up just enough of a fight to keep the contributions coming in from the fat cats and the dems allow them to throw the fat cats a bone here and there. It's a big dog and pony show. The only time the Republican establishment put up a fight is to keep
    conservatives in their place.

  2. Dear GOP, Rinse Pree bus, etc. There is no way in hell I will ever vote for another Bush, or any other candidate you might pick that even faintly smells of RINO. Period.I will write in Brock, or Ron Paul, or maybe just take the damn day off. I have never missed voting since I was first eligable in 76. If I miss this time, it is because you surrended...
