Conceptually, I agree with Bill's ideas. 18% is too much if that is for everyone across the board. 10% is plenty for the Feral Govt. and they can budget accordingly based on their constitutional duties. No more tax exemptions except for real charities that help people directly is a good idea. Not going to happen with the current crop: THROW ALL THE BUMS OUT - then start over with people who agree to leave Congress within four years for the Reps and 6 years for the Senate. Then go back home and if people want you back, you can run again after a five year break.
The bar has been set so low that even I feel qualified to run...that's sad. But, I would vote against everything that is unconstitutional, so it should be a pretty simple job. We have too many laws, I think - I would vote to dismantle, but what new laws do we really need ? Enforce the good laws and get rid of the BS - that's my platform. Out of the UN, too, btw )
